The Car
Thurgoland Driver Training currently uses a Skoda Fabia as its training vehicle. Skoda has been chosen purposely for its excellent reputation for reliability, ease of driving, and overall economy.
Skoda is unquestionably one of the most reliable of all car manufacturers, which means less time off the road and more time devoted to driver training.
Fabia's are a particular favourite because it's an extremely easy car to drive, with good all round visibility, comfortable driving position, and a well designed and laid out instrumentation. All major controls fall readily to hand making it easy for even the absolute beginner to gain confidence with car control.
The Fabia's economy also benefits the client, because the lower running cost is passed on in the form of lower rates for lessons, as well as being environmentally friendly.
